Shipping Times

After your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method, destination, and carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Made-to-Order & Preorder Items

Some Pine & Trail Nebraska products are made to order or available by preorder. These items may require additional processing time. If an order contains multiple products with different processing times, your items may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Pine & Trail Nebraska is not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow the carrier time to update tracking information.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost, damaged, or shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us as soon as possible. We may work with the shipping carrier or fulfillment provider to investigate the issue.
